Reasons to learn Korean

From the record-breaking popularity of K-pop bands like BTS and Blackpink to addictive K-dramas on Netflix, learning the Korean language has never been so in demand. Learning another language can be a challenge on your own, but learning with other adults in a virtual format makes it fun and accessible! Parents who have students in the Korean Dual Language Immersion classes can learn Korean to help support their children with the conversation at home, and also model the language learning journey. Even if you don't have a child in the Korean DLI program, you can learn this beautiful language too! Through the course, you will not only learn conversational Korean that you can use right away, you will also gain knowledge of a new culture!
